Crafted with 100% polyester key components—fabrics, webbing, cord, and foam—for streamlined recycling with minimal sorting or deconstruction. Main fabrics contain at least 70% recycled content, the liner is 100% recycled and meshes are made from a minimum of 75% recycled content.

Features buckles comprised of bio-based POM plastic made from captured agricultural methane, recyclable polyester webbing and easily removable plastic and metal hardware, allowing components to be reused as replacement parts or correctly disposed of through specialized recycling streams. Consumers simply return the product to Osprey, and we will recycle it.
